Taylor Cox Interiors normally stock products to a high level and therefore delivery times are usually fairly short. If a product is out of stock we can normally give estimated lead times.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by ocean
shipping, a short supply of raw materials or severe weather conditions, as these are beyond our control.
We can generally obtain any stone, size and finish, so please let us know if there is something specific you require as these items can normally be made available, and often at a better price than you may have seen elsewhere.
Payment: All products must be paid for in full before dispatch. Full debit/credit card facilities are available.
Delivery: All stone is delivered by a 17 tonne lorry with tail gate. The crate(s) is transported on a pump pallet truck from the roadside to your door. Due to the weight of the crates they can only be moved on hard firm surfaces, not on gravel drives etc. The driver is not responsible for handling tiles so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so. Shortages and breakages must be notified within 3 working days.
Samples: We will gladly send you a cut sample free of charge, but always insist on our customers seeing full size tiles before placing an order.
Please Note: All stone products are natural; therefore colours, patterns, textures and finishes may vary. In the case of slate and flagstones the thickness may also vary. No claims will be entertained after fixing and installation.
